Hot water extraction -
1. Break the Chaga mushroom into smaller chunk, about four 1 inch chunks
2. Bring 3 tablespoons of Chaga mushroom to a boil in about 2 & 1/2 cups spring water and turn down to simmer for 1/2 hour.
3. Allow the water to become a reddish brown color, strain and serve.
